At BEAVERTEE, we work to provide a reliable and convenient delivery experience for every customer.

To serve customers more efficiently, we currently fulfill orders from two locations: our United States warehouse and our production and fulfillment facility in Vietnam. The shipping location for your order may depend on product availability, customization requirements and the delivery destination.

Many custom-made, personalized and made-to-order BEAVERTEE products may be produced and shipped directly from our Vietnam facility.

HOW WE SELECT THE SHIPPING LOCATION

Your order may be shipped from our US warehouse or Vietnam facility depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Selected size and design
  • Customization requirements
  • Production status
  • Final delivery destination

Customers do not normally need to select a warehouse when placing an order. Our fulfillment team will determine the most suitable shipping location for each item.

When possible, we prioritize the option that allows your order to be prepared and delivered efficiently.

ORDER PROCESSING

After your order is placed, our team will verify the product details, size, shipping address and customization information, if applicable.

Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time. Customized or made-to-order products may require additional production time before shipment.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During holidays, promotional events or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer than usual.

These delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Weather conditions, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, customs inspections and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery time.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and available tracking information.

Please allow some time for the carrier’s system to update after receiving your tracking number. In some cases, tracking activity may not appear immediately.

If your order contains multiple items, the items may be shipped separately. You may receive more than one package and tracking number.

ORDERS SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Depending on availability and production requirements, an order may be fulfilled from more than one location.

For example, an available item may ship from our US warehouse while a personalized item ships separately from Vietnam. Packages may arrive on different dates, even when the items were purchased in the same order.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier service and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country.

Any customs charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated during checkout.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

Please review your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to change the address if the order has not entered production or been transferred to the carrier.

Once an order has shipped, BEAVERTEE cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned because of an incomplete, incorrect or undeliverable address.

DELAYED ORDERS

Carrier tracking may occasionally show limited movement for several days, especially during weekends, holidays, severe weather or periods of high shipping demand.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please:

  1. Review the tracking information.
  2. Confirm that the shipping address is correct.
  3. Check around the delivery location and ask household members or neighbors.
  4. Contact the shipping carrier for the latest delivery status.
  5. Contact BEAVERTEE if you still need assistance.

We will review the available shipment information and help you determine the next appropriate step.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging, shipping label and damaged item before discarding any materials.

Contact us promptly and include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the package and product
  • Any relevant tracking information

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, reception areas and the shipping carrier before contacting us.
